Having always lived with male dogs, "Bronte" was our first Beardie girl and joined our family from Osmart in June 1997

Bronte is fearless. She is the stoic and well respected matriarch in our pack and the most sensible (except when supporting England!) At 11 years old, she continues to hold her position as the head of the family and her steady, rock solid temperatment makes her a very easy dog to live with.

She instills confidence in the younger members of her 'pack' in uncertain situations and is an excellent swimmer and retriever.

Bronte's achievements to make us proud both in and out of the show ring:

* Gained her Primary Working test at 16 weeks old
* Was the first Beardie bitch to be awarded the Junior Warrant under the current system
* Has presented us with two litters of which we are very proud - the first being to "Dougie" Ch. Moonhill does it in Style and the second to "Brose" Ch. Ciopar Celtic Razzles Boy JW
* She is the dam of 2 champions: Irish Champion Caldermist Lilac Wine JW (Alice) and Champion Caldermist Carolina Blue (Anji) and a Res. CC Winner: Caldermist Winter Legacy
